Last updated: 13 September 2026. These terms govern your use of this site and any event or experience booked through Grand Circle. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to them.
Bookings and reservations
Event listings, prices, dates and availability are subject to change and should be confirmed at the time of booking. Reserving a place does not guarantee entry until your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.
Payments
Where a booking requires payment, prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Refund and cancellation terms, where applicable, are stated on the relevant event page.
Content and accuracy
We take care to keep event details, dates and journal content accurate, but third-party events, venues and organizers can change details without notice. Always confirm time-sensitive details (dates, access, pricing) with the official event source before finalizing travel plans.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Don't use the site to submit false or misleading information when booking.
Intellectual property
The content on this site (text, images and design) belongs to Grand Circle or its licensors, unless credited otherwise. It may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Grand Circle arranges and facilitates access to experiences and events; we are not the organizer of third-party events (such as Formula 1 races, art fairs or fashion weeks) and are not responsible for their conduct, cancellation, or changes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event.
